  • Book Talk on "A World More Bright: The Life of Mary Baker Eddy"
    Friday, March 6, noon and Saturday, March 7, 2pm
    Heather Vogel Frederick, the co-author of "A World More Bright," will present an illustrated talk that takes the audience behind the scenes of her historical research on Mary Baker Eddy. Heather is also the author of several other books and has written for The New York Times, Publishers Weekly, and The Christian Science Monitor.

  • Mid-week Spiritual Break

    Looking for an oasis in the midst of an active week? Try this refreshing idea to boost your spiritual mercury level. Every Wednesday, we log on the computer to join the online congregation of The First Church of Christ, Scientist, in Boston: it consists of readings specially compiled for the day, as well as testimonies submitted by listeners. These readings are from the Christian Science pastor, the Bible and Science and Health with Key to the Scriptures by Mary Baker Eddy. An organ prelude, hymns, and postlude are included. Testimonies of healing and other comments about Christian Science are submitted by listeners via email and are read live by two testimony readers.
